Risks
Read this before launching or trading. Coins launched here are highly speculative and most lose all of their value.
Coins can go to zero
Anyone can launch a coin. Most have no purpose beyond speculation, and the price of a new coin can fall to nearly nothing within minutes. Only trade what you can afford to lose entirely.
Pairing gives no ownership
A coin paired with a stock, ETF or pre-IPO token is not that asset, does not track its price and gives no claim on the underlying company.
Issuer powers over pair assets
- Robinhood stock tokens can be paused by Robinhood, which halts trading on every curve paired with them until unpaused. Their contracts are upgradeable.
- Many Solana stock and pre-IPO tokens let the issuer move tokens out of any account (including pool vaults), pause transfers, freeze new accounts or enable transfer hooks.
- Some pre-IPO tokens charge a fee (up to 3%) on every transfer, so every buy and sell costs that much extra.
- Stock-token balances display with a corporate-action multiplier; raw amounts do not change.
Smart contract and protocol risk
Trades run through smart contracts: our launchpad contract on Robinhood Chain, Raydium LaunchLab on Solana, and Uniswap or Raydium after graduation. Bugs or failures in any of them could cause losses. Our contracts cannot be upgraded; the admin can pause new launches and buys, but can never pause selling or move your tokens.
Availability and eligibility
Stock tokens are not available in every country, and some issuers restrict who may hold them. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
